The house was very clean, spacious and well equipped. The pool was definitely one of the highlights, together with the outdoor shower and the large terrace, which was perfect for spending time together as a larger group.
The panoramic view is beautiful, and the garden was very well maintained. We especially liked the garden and pool lighting in the evening, which created a pleasant atmosphere.
The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and we felt safe throughout our stay. Having two fully equipped kitchens was also extremely practical for a larger group.
There is a spacious private parking area with enough room for around four cars, which was very convenient for us.
The location is also a great base for exploring the area. Dubrovnik, Sokol Grad and several beautiful beaches, including the spectacular Pasjača Beach, are within easy reach by car. There is a Tommy Express nearby as well as another supermarket, so grocery shopping is easy.
Konavoski Dvori restaurant in Ljuta is only about 3 km from the accommodation and was absolutely fantastic. The setting by the river and old watermills is beautiful, and it was one of our favourite restaurant experiences in the area.
Overall, the house offers plenty of space and is very well suited for families or larger groups who want to explore the Dubrovnik and Konavle region by car.
There were only a few minor things we missed. There was no microwave, and our part of the house did not have any type of coffee machine. The toaster also did not work.
The pool area was very nice, especially in the evening with the lighting, but some possibility to play music outside would have made the atmosphere even better.
The main road a little bit close to the pool so it is little bit noisy.
