Gardens were lovely and breakfast was good. A bottle of sparking wine in the room on my husband’s birthday. Chocolate left on pillow every night
Squeaky floors and water from shower sprayed out on the floor. Could have had better signs to breakfast and swimming pools. Directions were a bit confusing

The cleaning and room service was very good
The room was fair opening on to the swimming pool
This box isn’t big enough
Some of the staff were not very responsive
When I book a hotel with these prices I expect some sort of amenities, bar, restaurant, night porter. Not have to walk to a sister hotel and at night have to walk 100’s of yards to get back to my room and at the age of 76 I expect a lift to my room not have to walk up flights of stairs. Going to the only bar in the evening it was 3 lift and a walk across a bridge ( outside)
