Meh. Nothing special

The place was nice

Its right at the edge of bad part of town. There were gun shots and police and military around but not very safe part of town

fantastic, will come again

fantastic apartment in the centre of Casco Viejo, perfectly located. Wonderful host, very helpful. To be recommended! We extended our stay by 3 nights!

tiny detail: adding a night table in the bedroom would be helpful

A cute little apartment in Casco Viejo

This cute little apartment in Casco Viejo was a delightful place for our family to stay to get a feel for living in this beautiful, old part of Panama City. We were traveling with our family of 2 adults and 3 children (1, 3, and 6), and loved having the two rooms with bunkbeds for our little ones. They felt right at home. The apartment is decorated very nicely, and feels very homey. It's located at the outskirts of Casco Viejo, which makes for an immersive cultural experience because you are staying in a building and neighborhood with local residents. The apartment is a 10 minute drive from the Amador Causeway and Ancon Hill. There are several restaurants and grocery stores are within walking distance, including a few vegan options, which were perfect for our vegan family. The kitchen is well equipped, which also made it easy for us to make meals at home. The host is very communicative and was generous enough to offer us an earlier check-in when she learned that our plans to take a ferry to Taboga were changed due to the ferry being full. Our children enjoyed spending time on the balcony, soaking in views of Casco Viejo, enjoying the sounds of children at play and music that they love being played by the neighbors. While there was no parking in the building (to be expected), there was plenty of street parking right across the street from the unit, so we could see the car. We enjoyed our stay in this cute little apartment and would definitely return if the opportunity presents itself in the future.

The space was very clean, but smelled strongly of bleach. We had to open up all of the windows and balcony door to air the place out because the bleach was irritating our eyes and making it difficult to breathe. I can appreciate that the host wanted to ensure a clean and fully sanitized space, but would have preferred a less potent cleaning solution or airing the apartment out after cleaning.

Nice apartment in the old town.

Our host was very helpful and responsive. The apartment was nice and comfortable.

The neighborhood on the opposite side of the nice historic town very noisy. A bit hard to find, but once you know it’s the perfect location if not for the neighbors.

Emplacement très pratique même si un peu bruyant à cause des travaux à côté. A deux minutes d’une superbe place et du centre ancien . Un joli balcon .
