1. I arrived about 1.5 hours earlier than standard check-in time, was only planning to drop off my bag, but the staff was super nice and told me my bed is already ready for use and allowed me to fully check-in on spot.
2. Towels (big and small) packed in a shower bag for ease, free amenities (tooth brush etc.), and the shower unit was also quite clean.
3. No kitchenette but there is a water fountain (hot, warm, and cold water available), and also free coffee and tea.
4. Very quiet inside despite the location was right next to Namba Station.
The building also has other businesses (e.g., cosplay/made cafe) but only one common elevator available.

"Sue" is the best host ever. That aside, the hotel is good for the money, clean and relatively comfortable taking its size into account.
The change of sheets doesn't happen atomatically after 3 days. If you don't ask for it, it doesn't happen. A shelve by the beds would be nice.
