.A Disappointment

Unquestionably the view.

The instructions for entrance into the apartment were wrong. There was no identification of the correct apartment, no number. The lock box is located by the floor, and because there was no light, we had to lay down to see the numbers.- The furnishings were new or very dated. The deficiencies that were described in the reviews were still the same months later when we arrived. Somewhere in the communication, deficiencies were not communicated to the maintenance people. There was no heat for two days so we slept with our clothes on. The extra blankets had a peculiar smell. The kitchen counter was sticky when we arrived until we cleaned it. There was mold in the kitchen by the garbage, which smelled. The tea towel was used. The keys to the security gate were changed during our stay, without us knowing, if we had not coincidently met another tenant (only other tenant by the way) we would have had to wait 5 hours for the Endine maintenance person to arrive and let us in. Dust in the bathroom appeared each morning in the bathroom, which led us to believe there was a dirty vent into the bathroom. The tub is clogged. This could be a fabulous apartment if the company took the time to repair the floors, get rid of dusty dated curtains, curtain rods that have no curtains, fix the oven, The train was no that much of a disturbance. We left early and have been told we will be refunded the remaining days.

Fantastic view, more effort to present the apartment to a higher standard of cleanliness

The view and balcony was very special

It could be cleaner, the bathroom shower screen had long term dirt, the cooker wasn’t working, the fridge was not clean and their was cop webs on the light fittings. The apartment was superficial clean, but same areas over looked, with the apartment having such a fantastic view this was a shame.

This was a shabby apartment, poorly equipped, It did not live up to it's description.

The view from the balcony, overlooking the lake, was stunning. The bed was very comfortable.

The apartment was dirty, with hairs on the floors, spiders webs in corners, and previous owners garbage in a kitchen drawer. The cooker was out of order, with no viable replacement, and no response from the owner when a complaint was made. The fridge was not clean and neither was cutlery and crocery; everything needed washing before use. There were very dubious electrical connections in the bathroom, and the lights over the sink didn't work.
