Location was perfect. Apartment had washing machine and dishwasher and good fridge. It was also spacious. Location location 👍🏻👍🏻
Some people might not like the stairs but I am used to stairs so it wasn’t a problem

Top Lage, sehr zentral, alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Trotz zentraler Lage ist es in der Wohnung sehr ruhig (bis auf das Glockenspiel der Kirche nebenan. Die Aussicht vom Balkon in die Stadt läd zum verweilen ein (leider gibt es keine Balkonmöbel).
Eine Parkmöglichkeit ist auf Anfrage verfügbar.
Haustiere sind gestattet.
Extrem steiles Treppenhaus. Die Treppe beginnt unmittelbar nach der Eingangstüre und das Appartmet liegt im obersten Stock ohne Lift.
Die Einrichtung im Wohnraum ist unpraktisch. Ein Schrankbett mit durchgelegener Matratze, eingebaut in eine riesige Schrankwand, in der Ecke ein kleines Sofa.
Die Bettwäsche war ein dünnes Baumwolltuch mit einer Synthetik Steppdecke, man schwitzt darunter.
Die Küche ist funktional, jedoch fehlt es an Küchenutensilien, um richtig kochen zu können. Es fehlt an den wichtigsten Dingen, bspw. Schere, Schneidemesser, Flaschenöffner.
Insekten waren ein Problem. Mücken und Ameisen waren reichlich vertreten.

Appartamentino curato e piacevole, proprio in zona centrale di Rapallo.
La lunghezza scala e mancanza di qualche piccolo accessorio di cucina. Per esempio un tagliere ed un coltello di maggior dimensioni.
