A disaster!

Nothing

I couldn’t stay there because nobody was there to let me in and the number on the app was not serviceable. I had to go looking for another place to stay late in the day. It was a disaster.

Die Unterkunft ist grundsätzlich geräumig und die Lage war für meinen Aufenthalt praktisch.

Trotz 25 °C draußen innen unerträglich kalt und insgesamt wenig wohnlich Ich war im Mai in dieser Unterkunft. Obwohl es draußen tagsüber etwa 25 °C warm war, war es in der Unterkunft selbst extrem kalt. Innen hatte es nur ungefähr 11 °C. Das war nicht nur unangenehm, sondern unerträglich, besonders weil ich mich tagsüber in der Unterkunft aufhalten musste. Das große Problem ist der Steinboden, der die Kälte stark verstärkt. Die vorhandene Klimaanlage bzw. Heizmöglichkeit war viel zu schwach und befand sich nur in einem von drei Räumen. Damit ließ sich die Unterkunft nicht annähernd ausreichend beheizen. Unter diesen Bedingungen war ein normaler Aufenthalt nicht möglich, weshalb ich früher abreisen musste. Auch die Einrichtung hat für mich keinen angenehmen Eindruck gemacht. Sie wirkt insgesamt überladen und zusammengewürfelt. Einige Möbel sind sehr alt, und der Wohnzimmerschrank hatte einen unangenehmen Geruch. Dadurch wirkt die Unterkunft nicht besonders wohnlich oder gepflegt. Problematisch ist auch die Küche bzw. Kochsituation: Die Herdplatte befindet sich im Wohnzimmer. Eine Dunstabzugshaube wäre hier aus meiner Sicht dringend sinnvoll. Gleichzeitig ist Lüften schwierig, da sich im Wohnbereich praktisch nur die Haustür zur Straße öffnen lässt. Das ist unpraktisch, besonders wenn man kocht oder frische Luft in den Raum bekommen möchte. Die Unterkunft mag grundsätzlich geräumig sein, aber wegen der extremen Kälte, der schwachen Heizmöglichkeit, der schwierigen Lüftung und der überladenen Einrichtung war der Aufenthalt für mich nicht akzeptabel. Ich kann die Unterkunft daher leider nicht empfehlen.

Struttura in centro ad Umbertide, comoda e ben fornita.

Nella sala non ci sono finestre ma solo la porta finestra che dà sulla strada, dunque un po’ buia, però per noi che eravamo quasi casa tutto il giorno per un corso andava comunque bene
