Värden var supertrevlig och så hjälpsam med allt man kan tänka sig. Läget var perfekt med mataffär precis nedanför och nära till strand och restauranger. Värden gav oss massor bra tips och gick alltid att få tag på om vi behövde hjälp. Boendet var super fräscht och hade allt man behövde, välstädat och han bytte handdukar och soporna ofta!

Ioannis is an amazing host, always ready to help and always there for you. The location is perfect - close to the harbour, above the supermarket and right next to the bus stop. The rooms are small but you don't need a lot in Kassiopi. Would recommend this place 100%

Ottima posizione, sulla strada principale del piccolo e adorabile paesino di Kassiopi. L’ingresso era tra l’entrata e l’uscita del supermercato, inutile dire super comodo.
Nonostante la centralità si era sempre nel silenzio e nella tranquillità.
Cucina e bagno piccoli ma perfetti, per una vacanza estiva in cui facciamo solo colazione a casa e tutto il giorno si sta fuori, va benissimo.
Letti comodi e aria condizionata funzionante.
Piccolo balconcino spazioso peccato che dal nostro lato la mattina c’era un po’ di sole.
Yannis, il proprietario è stata super gentile, sapendo del nostro imminente arrivo ha pulito la camera subito e ci ha permesso di fare check-in anticipato.
Consiglio davvero se si soggiorna a Kassiopi. La qualità-prezzo è assicurata!

Such a mixed experience. Host (Ioannis) was charming and helpful but needs to do work to upgrade the accommodation. Beds were comfortable but facilities were largely irrelevant. The location , in the very centre of Kassiopi was excellent in one respect but, situated on the main square and overlooking a childrens playground, also suffered from much Greek community noise.
No wardrobe, just a small hanging rail. Minimal cutlery or plates etc. I honestly couldn't see anyone preparing anything more than a coffee or warming a pre-purchased pizza in the 'kitchen' (cupboard). The fridge was useful. The accommodation reminded me of village 'rooms' I used to stay in in the 80's.- BASIC. The balcony overlooked a primary school playground and the noise from 8am onward was pretty unbearable, much screaming and a VERY noisy p.a. blasting out music. Consequently, it was often difficult to enjoy having the balcony doors open. The internal sound proofing of the apartment was also minimal. I could hear the activities of the young couple in the adjacent room, doors slamming and echoing corridors. Earplugs absolutely essential. I travelled solo and was glad my wife wasn't with me.
