מלון מקסים עם אנרגיה כיפית ואנשי שירות לבבים ונחמדים שרוצים שיהיה לך טוב , ארוחת בוקר טובה , היה שם בחור נחמד שרק חייך אלינו ועזר לנו וכיף לפתוח את הבוקר עם אנשי שירות כאלו
השאתל שהזמנו משדה התעופה למלון לא הגיע ולכן בסוף לקחנו מונית ובמלון זיכו אותנו על ההפרש, אבל חשוב לדייק את ההסעות כי באמת חיכינו מעל 45 דקות בשדה התעופה

Alles sehr sauber, und alles ganz neu: Das Hotel ist erst 2025 in Betrieb gegangen. Personal immer sehr freundlich.
Das Frühstück war für amerikanische Verhältnisse sehr gut. Sehr freundlicher, junger Koch hat immer sichergestellt, dass beim Frühstücksbuffet alles in Ordnung ist. Es gab sehr leckere Waffeln mit zwei verschiedenen Teigarten, verschiedenes Brot, Mini-Blaubeer-Muffins, Croussants, Würstchen, Rührei bzw. Ei/Käse-Omelett, Frühstückskartoffeln (kleine Würfel), Chocolate Chips, Yoghurt, Müsli, Äpfel, Bananen, Wasser, Soft Drinks.
Ganztägig gab es immer Kaffee, Tee und heißes Wasser.
Fitnesscenter war auch gut: Hanteln, 2 Handelbänke, Trainingsmatten, Laufband, Ergometer, Therabänder, großer Ball, Medizinbälle.
Außenpool sehr schön, sehr sauber, sehr gut für Kinder geeignet. Es gab genügend Außenliegen.
Sehr gepflegte Außenanlage, sehr gepflegter Rasen. Direkter Strandzugang.
Großer Parkplatz vor der Tür, Preis für das Parken war 25 USD pro Nacht.
Keinerlei Fluglärm, obwohl der Flughafen nur 2 oder 3 Meilen entfernt liegt.
Für einen längeren Aufenthalt gibt es auf Maui schöne Resorts, z. B. in Wailea, wo man für relativ wenig Mehrpreis noch deutlich mehr geboten bekommt.

Camera grande e confortevole
All arrivo c erano 2 persone alla reception. La ragazza che ci ha preso in carico non ci dato alcuna informazione sulla colazione, sul come connettersi al wifi, sui costi aggiuntivi rispetto alla tariffa prenotata (ho dovuto chiedere chiarimenti via mail). Per fortuna la sua collega, alla quale mi sono rivolta successivamente era più volenterosa e mi ha spiegato tutto.
Altro punto dolente : la colazione inclusa nella tariffa è assolutamente deludente, consiste in un piccolo buffet dove se vuoi waffle o pancake devi fartele da solo, mentre le poche paste/muffin sembravano vecchie. Inaccettabile rispetto a quanto ho pagato, ho preferito andare in una bakery nei pressi e pagare nuovamente
Altra cosa non all altezza, in bagno era presente una vasca con doccia, e a chiudere una tendina di plastica di quelle che ti si attaccano mentre ti lavi
