The quick check-in, clean bathroom, comfortable pillows, and helpful staff all added up. Nothing huge on its own, but together they made the stay feel very easy.

Price was fair, location in Malacca was convenient, and staff service was decent.
The room didn't have an iron or a fridge, and there was no phone in the room either. Bedsheets were not changed every two days instead of daily, and the pillow set could have been better.
