he location is perfect—very close to the metro, with popular tourist areas, restaurants, cafés, and parks just 1–3 metro stops away. The neighborhood feels safe and secure, even when arriving late at night. There’s also a supermarket and coffee shop on the ground floor.
The building has an elevator, making it convenient for families and seniors. If using Yandex Go, specify “Ak15” in the in the destination to get dropped off near the building entrance.
The apartment is clean, well-maintained, and has all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The dining room view is beautiful, and I can imagine it being especially lovely to enjoy a morning coffee while looking at the snow-capped mountains.
Excellent value for money—definitely a 10/10.
The only minor downside is that there’s no AC in the living/dining area, so it may get warm during summer. Otherwise, everything was great!

1. 地理位置还行，在地铁站附近，离景点也不算远。
2. 价格便宜，性价比不错
3. 卫生状况良好
4. 房间玻璃隔音效果好。虽然房间面朝马路，但一点都不吵。
1.接头人员有点多，有些杂，消息在booking上发，在whatsapp上也发。和一个人说了，另一个人又过来问。
2.小区单元的门直接按门铃开不了，还需要住户的门禁卡刷一下。这就意味着第一次入住的时候有点麻烦，需要等单元楼其他住户进出时进去，或者让别人帮忙刷一下。
整体可以说没有服务，全靠自助，对于一个刚到阿拉木图，又不会当地语言的人来说，有点难。进小区找这栋楼就花了半天时间，给房东发消息只回了一个表情……也没说派人来领一下路。大晚上的，在异国他乡真的有点无语。好在遇到住同一栋楼的俩个会英语年轻人热情地帮忙才搞定！

Прекрасная квартира в центре Алматы — чистая, уютная и очень светлая. Отличное расположение: всё рядом, удобно добираться в любую часть города. В квартире есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания, включая чистое белое постельное белье. Чувствовали себя как дома.
