Great location for everything in Liverpool
Spacious apartment
The kettle didn’t work but informed the hosts and they didn’t know
Thought their would of been a hairdryer but their wasn’t but luckily my friend had taken one
All the stairs were abit of a hike lol but we managed !

Great location, next to a supermarket and with a metro station around the corner. Area is safe enough. Great access to Liverpool central with some decent nightlife and restaurants nearby. Kitchen and washing machine were very clean! Some nice touches such as tea bags and some toiletries for general use etc.
The apartment needs maintenance, the windows in bedrooms and main space need fixing. The ones in the bedroom don't shut tightly and let in noise. No chopping board in kitchen. The key box itself needs replacing, it's very hard to open and close. Secondary kitchen exhaust fan is very noisy and some downlights in the living room were not working bathroom lamp as part of the mirror needs replacing. Paying for no-excess insurance on the property at £25 was a bit of an unpleasant surprise especially as it was just me and my son staying.

The apartment is very central to the city centre.
Sadly the apartment is on top of the building flat 8 so lots of stairs and I mean lots of stairs,this wasn't stated in the description, no air con so flat was boiling when we stayed in July. I thought for £300 for one night including late and early check in it was quite expensive but we paid as we needed digs near our event. Would I return probably not. Fan supplied was a joke. Didn't help one bit with the temperature of the flat.
