I cannot recommend this place to anyone.

The only positives: we were met despite our late arrival and shown the house, and after one of the children forgot a jacket with a wallet inside, the belongings were sent back to us by post.

When the men who met us left, we immediately realized that the property had not been cleaned properly. There were dirty dishes, dirty floors, and we were given very old and stained bed sheets, which we were expected to put on the beds ourselves (I see no issue with doing bed ourselves, but I cannot imagine how to lay on such sheets). The toilet seat was stained with urine. There was also no dish sponge, no cleaning cloths, and nothing available to clean the space ourselves. The final incident was completely unacceptable and dangerous. When my youngest child went to take a shower, we discovered that the glass shower door had not been secured properly. I was helping my child open the door when it suddenly shattered, sending glass everywhere and covering both me and my child. Thankfully, nobody was seriously injured, but it was extremely frightening. My child was crying hysterically from fear afterward. After this, we called the “receptionist” and asked him to come because we had decided to leave immediately. The man arrived visibly angry and even insisted that I should clean up the shattered glass myself. This is the first time I have ever booked such a poor property despite paying a significant amount of money. We left on the very same night we arrived. I requested a refund immediately. Both the property owner and an intermediary initially promised that a refund would be issued, but in the end no refund was made. Communication with Booking.com was also extremely disappointing — hours of waiting on the phone and meaningless email responses. Nobody properly listened to our concerns or asked for evidence; we were simply informed that the property owner refused the refund. This property is managed through intermediaries, and in practice nobody takes responsibility for anything.

Perfektný pobyt

Ubytovanie bolo čisté a v skvelej lokalite – len 8 minút pešo od termálneho kúpaliska. Oceňujeme možnosť aktívneho oddychu, keďže priamo pri dome je trávnaté futbalové ihrisko. Všetko potrebné na grilovanie bolo k dispozícii a hlavne majiteľ bol mimoriadne priateľský čo ešte viac spríjemnilo celý pobyt.

Świetna lokalizacja do wypadów.

Świetna lokalizacja do wypadów na lokalne termy, ale też na Tatry Niżne i zachodnie Wysokie Tatry. Atutem jest niewielki termalny stawek w okolicy, można iść piechotą i się do woli wymoczyć. Właściciele bardzo mili. Domek ma w zasadzie wszystko co taki obiekt powinien mieć. Mały minusik za czystość- tu troszkę do poprawy. Świetny stosunek ceny do możliwości.

Tak jak wspomniałem, mały minusik to czystość w obiekcie.
