This is a lovely cottage full of character . Very cosy front room with the log burner. Love the window seats. Nice spacious kitchen, which is well equipped. We were left a lovely welcome pack. Also tea, coffee and milk in the fridge. The downstairs toilet and upstairs bathroom are modern and have loads of little extras you may need but have forgotten to pack. The bedrooms have plenty of storage with extra drawers in the passage. The beds are really comfy. Outside there is plenty of seating and a BBQ. There is a log fire hot tub and has a privacy screen . Double private parking bay too. In all it's well maintained.
Having never used a log burning hot tub before, we had a problem heating the hot tub up the first night so contacted the owners and they came straight round and helped us. Fair to say once we were shown we lit it no problem the next night.. love

Stephen and Emma are extremely welcoming and generous hosts. The cottage was well placed for exploring the North Yorkshire Moors and surrounding area, and Stephen gave us some great tips about things to see. It was easy to find, easy to park and very comfortable. The hot tub is a lovely addition and the robes were a nice touch. We had a very enjoyable holiday here.

The property was beautiful, so well equipped, every detail has been thought about and so comfortable. The owners Emma and Stephen were absolutely fantastic from start to finish, absolutely everything exceeded out expectations.
