The communication from the hosts was simply fantastic - super prompt, helpful and flexible. The early check in and late check out was much appreciated.
Location was really good, in between the old town and Jewish quarter.
The fact that access is electronic code-based was great, allowed us to do some activities independently too.
Shower temperature was a bit fickle but not a massive issue. The beds felt rather springy but it may be a common feature in Poland.
It's a bit of a climb up to the apartment but honestly we took it as a bit of fun exercise so it wasn't too bad.

Lovely flat 10mins walk from the Central square. Excellent location, day trip buses pick you up 2min walk away. Flat has everything required for a comfortable stay. We were a party of 4, there is no lounge area, but we just used the flat for a base, not a holiday flat. There are a lot of stairs, 8 flights, but its good to burn the extra lbs you normally put on. Would definitely stay here again. Not perfect, but great.
Lots of stairs, no windows, shower fluctuating hot to cold, no tea towel to dry dishes, no pillows on beds. (just cushions, little gripes that aren't a big deal.)

Good location and very spatious
2/3 beds were faulty (the wooden basis frame could not hold up the matresses), the owner proposed to call up maintenance team but we didn't prioritise this (should have been in the apt ourselves)
