Gemütliches Zuhause mit ein paar technischen Mängeln

Schnell in Hamburg und doch weit genug entfernt um die Ruhe und Gemeinschaft zu genießen. Ideal für eine kleine Jugendgruppe.

Die Herdplatte war kaputt. Wir haben als Selbstversorger täglich darauf kochen müssen, immer in der Angst, dass der Herd den Geist aufgibt oder schlimmeres passiert.

Wir konnten gut Gemeinschaft pflegen in einem Haus mit sehr sehr viel Potenzial

Das Haus hat Charme, ist groß und bietet viel Raum, auch für große Gruppen. Die Betten, Handtücher und Toiletten waren sauber. Die Einweisung zum Schlüssel in der Schlüsselbox und die Hausregeln waren sehr klar und verständlich. Der Vermieter hat schnell und freundlich auf Fragen geantwortet.

Es ist teilweise nicht Sauber (v. a. die Böden und Ecken), die Fenster sind teilweise kaputt, der Herd ist kaputt, der Boden im Obergeschoss ist kaputt, die Toilettenspülung ist optisch defekt. In der Kaffeemaschine war ein verschimmelter Filter. Das Haus wird mit schönem Garten beworben, was prinzipiell auch stimmt, allerdings iat es unordentlich, die Gartenmöbel morsch und man weiß nicht ob man sich überall aufhalten darf und was man benutzen darf.

Katastrophaler Zustand des Mietobjekts und es wurde doppelt vermietet!!!

Das Mietobjekt ist in einem extrem schlechten Gesamtzustand, sehr unsauber und verwahrlost. Die (Garten-) Möbel sind größtenteils nicht nutzbar da sie marode und ebenfalls verschmutzt sind. Von innen ist das Haus an Wänden, Türen.. allgemein verschmutzt, defekter Boden im OG, defektes Ceranfeld, defekte Toiletten-Spülung im Bad (Taste), blanke Stromkabel, nur ein Raum mit einem Kleiderschrank, ansonsten Behelfslösungen wie Kleiderstangen. Die angebliche Vermieterin befindet sich lt. deren Sohn Felix mit Parkinson im Pflegeheim, er müsse dieses mit der Vermietung finanzieren und kümmere sich um die Buchungsangelegenheiten des Objektes. Fakt ist, er als Sohn hat das Objekt in dem von mir gebuchten Zeitraum wissentlich doppelt vermietet und nur unter Druck nach 22 Uhr eine andere Bleibe für die anderen beiden Mieterinnen gesucht (vorher angeblich nichts gefunden). Diese hatten, genau wie ich, die Buchungsbestätigung über booking.com im Februar erhalten. Am Anreisetag erhielten sie von Felix nach 16 Uhr aus gesundheitlichen Gründen eine Stornierung des Mietobjekts per whatsapp. Sie waren jedoch schon am Objekt und hatten Einlass durch einen Schlüssel in der Schlüsselbox bekommen. Im Übrigen wohnt der Sohn Felix im Objekt in einer Einliegerwohnung auf der Rückseite des Hauses, hat sich aber dort nicht zu erkennen gegeben. Ich habe ihn nur zufällig dort ausfindig gemacht, nachdem er mich vorher telefonisch vertröstet hat, dass er die Doppelbuchung erst mit seiner Mutter klären müsse und diese sowie die anderen Mieter leider nicht erreiche. Ich werde jetzt eine Anzeige wegen Betrugs und Vortäuschung falscher Tatsachen gegen die Vermieterin Susanne Würz-Kleist, mit Hinweis auf deren Sohn Felix, in die Wege leiten und Beschwerde bei booking.com einreichen, um zumindest einen Teil meiner Zahlung zurückzufordern. Zudem werde ich in den anderen Portalen, in denen das Objekt angeboten wird, meine Erfahrungen mitteilen.
