The villa was very clean, modern and comfortable. The appliances were all very good quality, and the staff were excellent. Whenever we needed anything, they were always helpful and did their best to provide it for us. We really appreciated their service.
There were not enough plates, cutlery and clothes hangers for the number of guests staying at the villa, although the staff were very helpful and provided additional items when requested.
Our main concern was the electricity charge. The electricity cost was quite high, and there was an issue with the meter reading. The meter was recorded when we checked in, but when we checked out we were informed that the original reading had been recorded incorrectly by the staff. As a result, the final electricity charge had to be based on an estimated calculation.
We felt this was unfair, as the error was not ours and we expected the meter readings to be recorded accurately and professionally at both check-in and check-out. For a long stay, an estimated electricity bill can make a significant difference to the final cost.
