Einfach, ruhig, Internetauftritt passt schon lange nicht mehr zur Realität

Sehr guter Preis, die Lage ist perfekt und sehr ruhig

Auch wenn es mittlerweile unter Monteurzimmer läuft, ist die Ausstattung und der Komfort ziemlich minimalistisch und alt. Und eine Reinigung vor Vermietung hätte Not getan

Mehr Schein als Sein

Am zweiten Tag kam auf vorherigen Anruf ein Techniker,dieser nette Herr hat wirklich alles getan um ein einigermaßen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen,er reparierte diverse Sachen,leider mit einem nicht lösbaren Problem sodass wir Dank ihm in ein größeres Apartment umziehen durften.Dieses entsprach dann der angegebenen Größe.Aber auch hier leider diverse Mängel. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig,was ein Pluspunkt ist!

Die Unterkunft hat erst nicht der angegebenen Beschreibung entsprochen.Es war nicht sauber,staubig und die Handtücher und Bettwäsche entsprachen einen benutzen Zustand,desweiteren waren diverse Mängel zu beanstanden u.a.Toilette undicht,Türklinke mit fehlenden Schrauben,Duschkopf getapt und Schlauch komplett verrostet,Toilettenpapier 2 angefangene Rollen und die Lappen gefühlt 10 Jahre alt.Der angegebene Pool ist nicht vorhanden.Eine Gebühr für den Hund von 12 Euro pro Tag ist eine Frechheit!Die Bilder entsprechen nicht den aktuellen Zustand,es ist alles sehr bewohnt und vernachlässigt.Eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit in näherer Umgebung gibt es leider nicht.
