Close to the bus stops, near shops restaurants and coffee shops, good comunication, clean and comfortable bed.
Quick administrator response for broken coffee machine. Replacement was there next day 💛
In the apartment there was no plates, no cutleries even thought there was a full kitchen
We could not use the hob or prepare any food.
There was also washing machine and tumble dryer which we were told not to use.
Toilet seat was broken and moving while using - reported that but with no reaction

Nel complesso l'appartamento era molto accogliente, la pulizia era curata. L'appartamento ti permetteva la vista sulle colline di Palermo.
Le uniche pecche dell appartamento erano:
il bagno, che seppur nuovo, era all esterno dall appartamento e quindi si doveva uscire dalla camera per andarci, l armadio un po' vecchio all interno della stanza e la mancanza di uno specchio in camera.

I servizi non sono stati buoni . Abbiamo pagato un supplemento di 50 euro per check in notturno per poi non avere neanche acqua in camera appena arrivati . Siamo stati 2 persone per 3 notti e ci sono state date solo 4 capsule di caffè in tutto .Asciugamani totalmente inadeguati perché mancava quello da bidet e con asciugamano viso si doveva fare tutto . Mi spiace ma il giudizio è negativo .
