Brand new hotel with clean rooms. We asked them to clean the toilets when we arrived, and they promptly did it. AC was new , worked fine. Geyser was superb, and hot water was readily available. One of our travelmates fell sick and the manager even referred us to Dr Neeraj which was a very useful and timely help. Also, the deal is a steal for the cost at which they provide you the room.
There is no restaurant attached. The one opposite the hotel is only a roadside shack and we were disgusted even with the rice and curd that they provided. But you can have food at the restaurant called "The Treat" which is close to the Lalita Devi Shakti temple., and you get good food which is worth the wait. But it is about 2.5 km from the hotel. The roadside teal stall opposite the hotel is however a good one.
