Everything… superb location, super helpful host who was contactable for any questions, the room was spacious, spotless and felt recently renovated, and the little private pool area outside was gorgeous to have! Fantastic value for money, and would stay again in a heartbeat!
Only downside was the street parking, but this is a villasimmius issue, not a property issue! Our host was super helpful on solutions and parking before 6pm on the street is possible, it’s just night time everywhere fills up

Struttura in posizione ottimale essendo in centro, a due passi da tutti i servizi.
Colazione semplice ma con tutto il necessario per iniziare al meglio la giornata.
Distributore di acqua e macchina del caffè h24 veramente comodissimi.
Camera pulita, con tutto il necessario, bagno giuste dimensioni.
Noi abbiammo alloggiato nella camera con la piscina privata idromassaggio nel balcone, che era comodissima.
Soggiorno molto positivo e lo valuteremo sicuramente in futuro per tornarci.
Grazie ad Andrea per la cordialità e disponibilità che ci ha offerto in tutto il soggiorno.

Struttura molto ben tenuta, tutto nuovo e pulito. Molto cordiali i proprietari e sempre pronti a dare consigli e ottimi suggerimenti. La posizione era centralissima e comoda per raggiungere tutte le spiagge della zona.
Villasimius è arroccata, quindi la maggior parte delle location è in salita (soprattutto se si vuole stare in una zona centrale). Il parcheggio non è scontato trovarlo davanti alla struttura, quindi bisogna cercarlo nelle vie adiacenti e quasi spesso in salita...
La nostra camera era un pochino buia.
