Absolutely amazing location, we were shocked by how close we were to all the main tourist attractions/bars and restaurants! Don’t be fooled by the entry door and the hallway to the apartment - the inside is lovely and safe as there are 2 different key padded doors to enter your room
The outside door onto the street was broken while we were there so instead of needing a code to enter off the street, anyone could get in

Apartment was spotless, really nicely decorated, very modern, there charging points next to the beds including USBs so good for those from abroad. Great amenities, WiFi worked well. Location was excellent, only a very short walk to the old town and near lots of bars etc. Host was responsive by message when needed. Host made it easy to get in the apartment by sending codes and parking information ahead of time, including helpful videos.
There is no running water in this apartment between midnight and 6am, which is not mentioned anywhere in the listing or by the host in any communications we had with them. Unfortunately we both got food poisoning from a popular restaurant in the area, and both became incredibly sick in the evening, and were violently ill all night. At midnight, we suddenly realised we had no running water, so no shower or tap water or way of flushing a toilet. This meant our night of being ill was made much much worse. In the morning the host told us that there was no running water in Sarajevo between midnight and 6am due to the ongoing drought. I completely understand that the actual lack of water isn’t the fault of the host or the apartment, but had we been told about it, we would have been able to stock up on bottled water when I initially started getting ill and my friend was still feeling okay. It also is just a very relevant thing that paying guests should be told about, especially given that there is lots of nightlife in the area and people may be getting back late.
