The apartment is in a great location. Everything is very close by—cafes and various services—and it’s easy and convenient to call a taxi. I also like the interior design
the only thing I didn't like was the poor soundproofing.

Clean tidy studio, fully equipped with a washing machine, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, kitchen utensils to cook .
Nice and quiet part of the building, overlooking the pool and no direct sun exposure.
A mop would be useful as there is only a vacuum cleaner for the floors

Location
Poorly furnished, cleaning comes at an extra cost, but they don't make cleaning equipment available. Painting needs to be checked
