Area of the apartment

Location was pretty okay, it's also in a dead end street. There is a bit less traffic noise, but then again, the neighbours and kids in the street will make enough noise (always bring ear plugs). Many shops and food in the area, a temple, ATM, and supermarket 7 min walking.
I had the first apartment on the left, right next to the entrance. There is a lot of space and facilitities; 2 x couch, good table, closet with mirror, a 'kitchen' and fridge. The big bed was comfy and the bathroom, too.
The AC was needed, also at night, as the bed sheets were way too heavy and warm for me, so I only used the sheet cover.
Overall, staff was quite friendly and check-in was smooth.
There is a kitchen but you can't cook there, so there is zero use for it, except the sink.
There wasn't even a plate or knife/fork you could use but after asking, they did bring this to me, as for some toilet paper (yes, I use both).
The fridge was leaking water most of the time.
Overall, there weren't many mosquitoes, but quite a some crawling bugs. I think I killed at least 15 in those couple of days, they stood no chance with me but clearly came from somewhere behind the sink.
Don't expect them to clean anything in 5 days, not even change the trash (which in turn attracts the bugs!).
I'm not sure if my booking included breakfast, but they gave zero information on that upon check-in. Same for turning on the warm water - after 2 days was kinda hoping for a warm shower so then they showed me how to turn it on (they expect every foreigner to know this system)...
Not sure if the owners can help with this, but I wasn't a fan of the 2 MASSIVE keys (for the entrance and one for the apartment) I had to keep with me all day, took a lot of space.

The host was a very nice person. The room was comfortable and property is located in SG palya.
The washroom commode was broken. Basic stuff like soap and shampoo was missing.
