Kamar bersih dan wangi, lift dan koridor juga bersih. Staf house cleaning sangat ramah dan bersahabat, I give her 10 of 10 credit. Staf restoran juga wonderful.
Sabun habis tapi tidak dicek, tv youtube juga tidak jalan, padahal baru hari pertama menginap. Kunci kamar tidak tidak diupdate otomatis setiap hari sehingga tidak bisa dipakai di lift dan masuk kamar. Pas ditelpon, eh malah diminta balik lagi ke resepsionis. Telp ke resepsionis juga lambat diangkat, telp ke line lain tidak berfungsi. Untungnya ada staf yg berbaik hati mengantar ke atas. Kami sudah checking via booking.com, ternyata proses check ini masih lumayan lama.
