Beautiful and recently renovated property, spacious, clean and conveniently located. Well equipped with open kitchen, washing machine, AC, lots of natural light. Was perfect for 2 friends who wanted their own space but sleeps up to 6! Location is fantastic tucked away in the winding backstreets of the fisherman’s district, don’t let the charm of the quarter turn you off as it’s a mix of run down and new, at times dimly lit and lots of friendly cats, only a 20 min walk from the station, all the sights at your doorstep just a short walk away to restaurants and bars. Plus, appreciated the complimentary of wine and fantastic host who helped accolade for our luggage with a late flight.
Shower on the top floor is quite small but it’s nothing to complain about!

Beautiful, modern place with excellent location close to everything! Great and timely communication with property manager who met us at the place for check in. Provided a bottle of wine and some bottles of water. Washing machine was so handy to have for our two week trip around Sicily.
Not ideal for two couples as the second “bedroom” has no door or privacy. The other couple we were traveling with ended up staying in a different accommodation as a result. First night there, there was some sort of artist night club in the adjacent courtyard with an outdoor DJ, people yelling, and bottles clanking well until 2am. There was also a strong sewage smell throughout the home during the entirety of our stay, which I am told is common for the island of Ortigia.
