posizione eccellente. vicino al centro e stazione e con servizi principali alla portata. compreso supermercato. Terrazza panoramica da cui si gode la vista della città ed è possibile rilassarsi con caffè, tisane ecc..
assolutamente il bagno. Avevamo la stanza nr 4 e il bagno ,oltre che essere piccolo, era decisamente obsoleto e non gradevole.Dovessimo dare un voto non supererebbe 5 AGLI OSPITI CONSIGLIO di non prendere la stanza NR 4

Host gentilissimo, appartamento pulito e in posizione ottimale sia per visitare Arezzo che per spostarsi nei dintorni coi mezzi pubblici. Consigliato!

A localização é excelente, com farto comércio ao redor e você pode fazer tudo a pé. Ótimos restaurantes.
Aluguei um flat com cozinha e máquina de lavar e, por problemas hidráulicos, fui alocado em um quarto comum. Apesar do esforço do anfitrião em liberar o acesso à cozinha, não foi confortável, pois eu precisava sair do quarto, entrar em outro ambiente, trancar as portas, usar a cozinha e voltar para o quarto. Complicado e sem conforto nessa parte. Acho justo um reembolso proporcional ao valor do flat pago e o quarto efetivamente utilizado. O anfitrião oefereceu outra acomodação a mais de 1,5 km de distância. Não me interessei, pois não foi isso que aluguei!
