The property was just as we expected in terms of size and comfort. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Having the en suite was a big help too. The secure fencing was wonderful for the dog too.
It would have been helpful to know that certain things weren’t going to be included such as washing up liquid and kitchen roll so maybe a more detailed list of what is available would be useful. The oven was awful. The grill wouldn’t stay on and we had a partly cooked gammon for lunch that should’ve taken 1hr to finish cooking but instead took 3.5hrs. A few extra small, sharp knives would’ve been useful too.

Caravan was at the quiet end of the park and well spaced from the other caravans. It was adequate for our needs. The bar staff worked hard and the food in the cafe was good.
We struggled with the key code opening the lock box and opening the door to the caravan on occasions. I thought the price of the entertainment passes was excessive.£299 for 4 adults and 2 children for the week and then had to pay on top for activities such as crazy golf. The main lounge area of the centre was too dark and gloomy. It was hard to read the bingo numbers on the card even with the lights on.

The caravan location was good near the seafront , the bed was comfortable and shower lovley and hot
Unfortunately there was some issues with the caravan in respect of how clean it was , which I messaged the owner direct to inform , bathroom blind was on the floor on arrival we was informed of this prior to our arrival , it was simple to put back.up , and bin in shower room hadn't been emptied , floor was hairy and dusty and shower screen wasnt clean, dogs hairs on cushions in sitting room area , and sticky substance on diningroom table , the double duvet in main room had a mark on so we used one from another room , only one battery in the remote for the dvd player so we couldn't watch dvds , Internet was abit hit and miss , it was better after resetting the box , the glass on doors to patio area were dirty with finger prints on , and the mirror in lounge also dirty ,I cleaned them , the hoover was used by us during our stay but smells of dog afterwards , I suggested it needed emptying and cleaning out , overall our stay was ok , but I felt the cleaners had let the owner down .
