The location; you could walk to the beach in Antibes. The agency was helpful with the process on booking.com when we extended our stay.
For a family of 3 for us it is a little small. If 2 adults like to sleep in a queenseize bed, it may be ok; there are 2 bunk beds for the children in the hallway, which the AC does not reach. We really liked the balcony even though the AC (the outside unit is installed on the balcony) adds to the heat and is actually quite noisy. The apartment is renovated, but not with a high quality.

L’emplacement géographiquement au top proche, centre-ville et commerce et plage, le logement est propre, la clim fonctionne bien la résidence est calme, Garage pour stationnement.
Le deuxième chambre est plus un coin de nuit voir pour mettre une porte accordéon, ce serait plus et canapé-lit dans le salon serait top pour le logement .

Appartamento in posizione strategica per raggiungere le spiagge di Juan les pins e di Antibes in 15 minuti a piedi . Pulito e ben equipaggiato.
Consiglio di trasformare il divano in un divano letto perché i letti a castello non vanno bene in caso di due coppie di adulti. Inoltre va verificato con il comune di Juan les pins di mettere un raccoglitore per i vetri vicino o all’interno del residence . Non si può pretendere che i turisti facciano un chilometro di strada per buttare il vetro .

Un buon appartamento, recentemente ristrutturato, con più condizionatori e letti comodi.
Buone la posizione, la presenza della piscina e il garage incluso.
Il garage, purtroppo, è distante dall'appartamento ed è un po' complicato da raggiungere, se non dall'esterno.
Purtroppo l'appartamento presenta il bagno, con solo il WC all'ingresso e il lavandino e la doccia dalla parte completamente opposta. Abbiamo trovato questa disposizione poco pratica.
