Everything!!! Right from the start its pure 24 karat gold luxury soaked Offerings. Gold Lounge to morning buffet and then staff around .... its all Gold standards.
What I did not like is why I had nothing to dislike at Fairmont. So Fairmont you reply to that!!!

Our stay at Fairmont Mumbai was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect—from the warm hospitality and attentive service to the beautiful rooms and elegant ambiance.
The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The overall experience was luxurious, relaxing, and genuinely welcoming.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Fairmont Mumbai and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an outstanding stay. **A well-deserved 5 stars!**

The decor of the hotel was stunning! It was clean in general areas.
Despite the facade of the hotel and grand decor, the service was horrible. The lounge access was useless as the waiting time for anything was preposterous. Orders for breakfast took over an hour despite reminding 4 different persons. Housekeeping was done poorly as well, with amenities not being replenished unless requested.
