All good . The room is clean . View is nice . Toilet is the worst part . A lot pf flies everywhere.

Location and cleanliness of the room

There’s so many flies , spider and spider webs inside toilet . I dont know why buy its really annoying everytime i go the toilet . I also not agree with the rm200 deposit since i already paid full amount of money to booking.com . The host said its for security deposit incase any damage which i believe booking.com can easily charge customers if we doing something wrong . Unless u guys mention it first before we make payment . If u are scared to do business dont do it . Its really pissed me off cause its not be mentioned before we pay .

It could be better

The facilities of this service apartment are nice and well-maintained. Huge swimming pool, playground area, gym.

1) We rented 3-bedrooms apartment for a night and we came in 4 cars. The host was fully aware of this as they asked for car plate numbers before we checked-in. So 2 cars got allocated parking while the 3rd & 4th cars needed to park at visitor parking as advised by the host. Unfortunately one car was clamped by security! The parking spot was marked as visitor but apparently it is a rented parking. There should be a cone to indicate 'no parking' but it was not there when we park! We had an unpleasant time arguing with the security and building management in order to release the clamp as they would not release it until we pay the fine of RM125. We were finally able to release without fine as we demand to check the cctv to proof that the cone was not there. The most frustrating part was that when contacting the host, we received a very irresponsible answer e.g. "this did not happen to other guest before, and visitors are not allowed to park overnight", when in fact, visitor parking overnight was not really the issue! The host should be clearer than us (guest) about the security/management rules and provided this info to avoid such situation. 2) Key collection experience: There is a video provided supposed to guide us on how to collect, but the real situation was different. We were asked by security to move our car to the other side of the lobby entrance in order to collect the key. So we had to make 2 rounds just to find the right spot to park our car for collecting the keys. 3) Lack of signage in the building: There is no indicator at which level the swimming pools/gym are. We also had a hard time locating the lift after we park our car. 4) Toilet was smelly upon check-in & one toilet flush was not working

All the furniture are new.

Smelly pillows case Smelly bed sheets Smelly blankets Smelly bathroom The blanket makes my skin itch because it has no cover. Also experience disturbances while sleeping. The RM200 deposit was only refunded after 3 days. They also did not inform me in advance that a RM200 deposit was required.
