Well, what a lovely place to immerse yourself in and get to know the area. My partner and I stayed for three nights. We met a local guy who directed us to Jessica the marketplace and made good food recommendations - this being within an hour of our arrival so such a friendly place to be part of.
The property itself has everything you need if you enjoy cooking.
Excellent location and transport links to bus and boat. Excursions available near by.
If you don’t want to go further afield you can go on walks to nearby tourist attractions and just enjoy the vista.
This isn’t about the property per se, we stayed in high temperatures and there was no air conditioning as Morcote is a mid evil town. I’d rather preserve the history than have air conditioning units, but you should take this into consideration as it was very warm.

schöne Lage in der Altstadt - nur zu Fuss erreichbar, einige Treppen, gute Ausstattung
Es war leider viel zu heiss, ohne Klimaanlage.
Die Schlafzimmer sind in den oberen Etagen. Im Dachgeschoss konnte man gar nicht schlafen.

The view from the top floor is amazing, the house is easy to find and the host is very friendly. We always loved morcote, and staying there was really nice.
Be mindful that the stairs are steep, we had to carry our dog up and down.
