Nice, small studio apartment, in great location, perfect for 1 person.
Nice touch was detergent for the washing machine a bottle of water and coffee. Also it's possible to watch Netflix.
Bathroom is too small and apartment has a musty/humid smell. Minus points for wrong address indications on Maps and key lockbox without name on it (there are several). Caused delays and bit of frustration but host helped in the end.

It was as described, no nasty surprises
Getting the key - left hanging in the street before getting info. The info was good though once communication was established

The apartment was clean, tidy, and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was also convenient.
However, there were a few things that made our stay less comfortable. The apartment was very noisy, both from the street and from the apartment upstairs. We could clearly hear people walking, talking, and moving around, even late at night and very early in the morning, which made it difficult to sleep.
Another inconvenience was the hot water. We had to turn on the boiler around 20 minutes before every shower and turn it off before getting in, as instructed by the host. Otherwise, the water was extremely cold. Having to do this every time was quite inconvenient.
Finally, although the apartment itself was clean, there was a very strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom, which was unpleasant and noticeable throughout the apartment. We couldn’t figure out where the smell was coming from.
Overall, the apartment had good facilities and was clean, but the noise, hot water situation, and bathroom smell significantly affected our comfort during the stay.
