We were 5 pax, I originally booked two rooms for us, but gladly when I requested to move us in a family room they accommodated us asap. Thanks to the lady in the reception and to the kuya who’s maybe the cleaner of the place. Both staffs who prepared breakfast were very accommodating as well. The room was clean and smells good. The towels and bedsheets were clean. The CR as well. The location was good, not in the busy center but walkable. Our family had a good stay here. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends/relatives who will be coming in Coron. Thanks Upgrace & staffs!

The staff were very friendly, the room was comfortable, and it was in a good location. Hotel offers laundry services, motorcycle rental, breakfast included, and you can book tours with them for a fair price.
I extended my stay and they were nice about me paying at checkout but it was difficult to remember what days I had already paid and which days I didn’t. A little stressful because I had to catch the ferry but we figured it out and they were honest with me.

This clean and beautiful place is situated conveniently between the Coron Port and the Centre. The room had a good size and was comfortably cool and quiet for the night.
We only stayed one night so unfortunately we didn’t get to enjoy the breakfast.
But the best part of this hotel are the people. From the first contact on they are warm and welcoming and made us feel at home.
And when I forgot my passport - one of the worst things, that could happen during travels - they were right at my side, moving hell and earth to solve my problem. During the Taifun there were no more ferries to el Nido, where I waited, and Mary Ann, her team and her friends kept me informed about the situation and send my passport to Manila so I could fly home. I will forever be grateful! ❤️
