We enjoyed the hot tub and being able to view some animals from our unit.
Cleaning staff and some of the receptionists let this establishment down. When we checked in, Fikile was amazing and very helpful. Upon checking out, we received dreadful service. We complained about the towels that we received (they had holes and had a very musty smell). The lady at the desk- PHINDILE, was very rude and didn’t seem too interested in what was being said. We had to speak with the manager. For the price you pay, they can atleast provide the basic comforts.
The other down side is that it rained the entire time we were there and half the park had to be closed. We did a safari tour but didn’t see much. Our tour guide Dillon did try his best considering the circumstances.

Tent was spacious and comfortable, in the middle of the game reserve, and the bathroom was comfortable for a tent.
We have booked a safari in Hluhluwe and it was a memorable experience ! +++ for our guide Fana.
The staff at the reception was not friendly at all, not very helpful, and very rude if you contact them on WhatsApp.
We had a jacuzzi with on the terrasse but they do not give you wood and lighter to make it working. They do sell firewood but no lighter: You have to get it by yourself. Same problem for the BBC, the fireplace. This is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE, because you see the jacuzzi everywhere on picture but you can only bath on cold water ! Notice that the nearest shop is at 20mn from the reserve.
