Le mobile home est spacieux et bien équipé, il est notamment pratique d'avoir 2 toilettes, L'emplacement permet d'aller rapidement à la mer et à la montagne; La piscine est un plus agréable, ainsi que les machines à laver disponibles à la réception.
Il y a des bruits d'avions assez proches de temps en temps, mais ce sont de petits avions. A savoir : Le canapé du salon qui sert de lit d'appoint ne peut accueillir qu'une personne
