La situation idéale face à la mer, la proximité de restaurants et appartement confortable. Pour les déplacements (circulation dense), le train (environ toutes les 10 minutes) est un très bon compromis et la gare se trouve à une dizaine de minutes à pied
La place de parking juste assez grande pour une citadine, nous avons laissé notre véhicule dans un garage privé et nous avons fait nos déplacements à pied ou ou en train... La boîte à clé est "très" (arrivés en taxi à l'adresse de l'appartement, nous avons dû faire le trajet AR à pieds -30 min- avec nos bagages) éloignée de la location ! Cela devrait être clairement signalé dans le descriptif sur le site de Booking afin d'éviter de genre de mauvaises surprises...

L'emplacement . Localisation parfaite .La vue magnifique sur la mer. La grandeur de l'appartement et ses équipements .
La difficulté à récupérer les clés et les déposer si on n'a pas de voiture .
Les modalités d'enregistrement et de fin de séjour .
Un peu bruyant à cause de la circulation et d'une baie vitrée non isolée et compliquée à ouvrir/fermer .

Sehr schöne Meersicht.
Ansprechend eingerichtete Wohnung mit guter Raumeinteilung.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe.
Der unmögliche Verkehrslärm hat das Frühstücken oder das grundsätzliche Aufhalten auf dem Balkon sehr getrübt.
Die Schlüssel mussten mühsam in einem entfernten Waschsalon abgeholt werden. Schliessfach mit Code.
Die Mitteilungen des Vermieters für das Einchecken und auch fürs Auschecken kamen recht (zu) spät per Mail! grundsätzlich ist es nicht angenehm in den Ferien die Mails checken zu müssen.

The location was perfect. You just crossed the street and you were right at the beach. We also loved the balcony.
The communication with the landlord was horrid. We were asked to pay a deposit od 700EUR that wasn’t acknowledged in the reservation. When we tried to reach them, it was nearly impossible- we tried booking, WhatsApp and Instagram and they either didn’t respond, or they gave us totally different information.
This is not a negative but be prepared to bring your own utilities such as dishwashing capsules or plastic bags for the bins. They were not in the apartment.
Also, I know it is common in some countries, and this apartment was not an exception - there was only one big sleeping cloth to share for 2 people. If you want a separate one, you have to use a duvet without bed linen which wasn’t the most hygienic option. If you like to have separate duvets, bring your own spare bed lining.
Last but not least, there were cockroaches in the apartment.
