Proximity of the property to airport.
Pool view from the room.
Secured property. Parking available.
Poor maintenance of the property. Basic cleanliness only. The headboard of beds were dirty. Bathroom walls are filled with scales and one of the hand jet is broken. Bedside wall mounted table is partially detached from wall. Glass over centre table is cracked. No microwave, only 3 TVs, one geyser and one mini fridge.
