Gute Lage, sauber, aber mangelndes Preis-Leistungsverhältnid

Die Sauberkeit und die zentrale Lage.

Sämtliche Fenster der Erdgeschoss-Wohnung Nr. 9 lassen auf eine nur ca. 1,20 m entfernte Mauer eines angrenzenden Hauses blicken. Der Himmel ist von der Wohnung aus praktisch nicht zu sehen. Die Wohnung ist auch bei Tag sehr arm an Tageslicht und dunkel. Die Küchenausstattung ist für kleine Kochprojekte wie Spiegelei oder Nudeln kochen unzureichend, schneidende Messer und eine Schere fehlen. Die Vermieterin hat nach entsprechender Rückmeldung Nachbesserung zugesagt.
