Sa réactivité forcée

Je fais suite à mon séjour chez Ayoub. Beaucoup trop d’amateurisme : ce logement présente de nombreux dysfonctionnements. À l’arrivée, plusieurs équipements étaient en panne : télévision, climatisation, éclairage du couloir et du salon. La télévision n’a finalement été réparée qu’au bout de trois jours, uniquement après menace de départ. Le taux d’humidité avoisine les 80 % à l'intérieur, rendant le logement insalubre et très inconfortable. Après réclamation, et attente de 5 heures, le propriétaire a fourni un petit chauffage soufflant prévu pour environ 20 m², alors que l’appartement fait près de 75 m², ce qui est largement insuffisant. Selon le propriétaire, en cas de froid, il suffirait de se couvrir avec ses couvertures, ce qui est inacceptable pour un logement censé être équipé. Le lit est trop ferme, inconfortable, provoquant des douleurs au dos. Je déconseille toute négociation en direct : le propriétaire se contredit régulièrement. Seuls les échanges écrits font foi. Il a tenté de me faire sortir de Booking et d’augmenter le loyer après accord et paiement d’avance. Il a un problème psychologique et ne laisse aucune tranquillité aux voyageurs. Enfin, le propriétaire indique ne pas avoir les moyens financiers d’entretenir l’appartement, ce qui explique l’état général du logement. ➡️ Logement à éviter.fortement!

Je ne recommande pas le sejour dans cet appartement à moins que le manque d'hygiene et les cafards ne vous derangent

Superbe accompagnement moi qui voyageait seul j'ai pu avoir des cafards de compagnie quel bonheur

Attention, dégâts des eaux en cours, cafards dans le logement, gros manque d'hygiène, fenêtres ne fonctionnent pas totalement, frigo immonde, grosse odeur d'humidité dans les tissus, problème d'eau dans la salle de bain et propriétaire qui manque cruellement d'empathie; toujours ok pour encaissé mais pour un geste au vu de l'immondice du logement c'est impossible. Je ne recommande absolument pas ce logement bien que l'on soit proche du souq. Un gros travail sur l'hygiène est nécessaire et un coup de fraicheur à prévoir.

De locatie was goed

De accommodatie was vies en zeer slecht onderhouden. De airco werkte niet en was bovendien verroest. In de keuken functioneerde geen enkel apparaat, behalve een vieze koelkast. De deur van het toilet kon niet dicht en bleef openstaan, hetzelfde gold voor de deur van de douche. De hele woning was plakkerig en vuil. Er was geen beddengoed aanwezig. De banken waren smerig. De wifi werkte slecht en viel regelmatig uit. Kortom: absoluut niet aan te raden. Ik verzoek Booking vriendelijk doch dringend om deze accommodatie uit het aanbod te verwijderen.
