The position is amazing, right on Nizami street, close to various attractions and metro stations. The apartment was really clean and spacious. We really enjoyed the stay.

We had a few problems with the payment. Since the option was to pay at the property we expected to pay the price we booked for, and I had ready the cash in euro, but at the check in I was told the price was higher. The staff told me that maybe was the currency change fault, so they accompanied me to a bank for exchange. Due to the current exchange I payed 20 euros more, and still when I went to pay in the local currency I was told the also the price in local currency was higher. After I showed my confirmation email with the actual price they agreed to let me pay only that and they said they would contact booking to understand what happened. The day after I receive a mail with a new price which is 80 euros more. Subsequently to me contacting booking.com assistance, they sent me a message apologizing for the mess since they made mistakes with reservations and offered me complimentary breakfast, and also later a receptionist also offered us the drop-off at the airport. We enjoyed the breakfast they offered us but when it was time to get the drop-off they said they it wasn’t offered and that I should pay for it. Overall we enjoyed the apartment but the organization and the reservation weren’t handled well.

No coffee in the room, Got it after requesting for many times and they never refilled. poor quality handwash, shampoo and body wash. Same breakfast for 5 days, no variations and very less options.
