The house is very new and very spacious. It can fit 2 couples and one family. 8 people easily. Location is actually convenient once you know the neighborhood a bit better. It’s 3 minute walk to a JR station. But you need to change to subway in Tennoji if you want to go to Shinseibashi or other shopping areas. I needed to have 3 bedrooms which this house provided. It has 3 toilets and one bathroom with a tub. It also has a very big open area consisting of a living room, a dining and a kitchen on the same floor. You can go buy very nice waygu beef at Costco at a crazily cheap prize to cook at the house. It will be a very nice experience.
It was not easy to find the house. Moreover, since this is located in a very local residential area, no any restaurants in the neighborhood provide English menus. The next door neighbor was not very friendly even we just wanted to say hello.
