L’emplacement

J’avais réservé une nuit dans cet appartement via Booking, mais j’ai été très déçue par cette expérience. Le principal problème est le manque d’hygiène et l’absence des équipements les plus basiques. Il n’y avait même pas de papier toilette, ni de savon pour les mains, ni de torchon pour la cuisine, ni de séchoir pour étendre le linge. La vaisselle était très insuffisante et, pour une partie, inutilisable. Les poêles étaient dans un état lamentable, tout comme certains autres ustensiles, qui semblaient n’avoir jamais été remplacés. Il est évident qu’aucun investissement n’est fait pour entretenir ou équiper correctement ce logement. La cuisine était sale, les canapés du salon étaient tachés et très sales, et plusieurs chaises de la salle à manger étaient cassées. Le seul point positif est l’emplacement, qui est vraiment appréciable. C’est d’autant plus dommage qu’un logement aussi mal entretenu soit proposé sur Booking. Au vu de mon expérience, je ne peux malheureusement pas lui attribuer une note supérieure à la moyenne.

L'accueil, la disposition du personnel, le contact humain, la position géographique, et surtout la sécurité du lieu (surveillance vidéo entre autres). Au-delà de tout ça, la disponibilité du personnel H24 et l'accès direct par route pour les plus beaux paysages de Bejaïa. Toute une expérience. Humainement et pratiquement. Merci pour le contact humain. Le concierge de l'immeuble est d'une aide très utile pour tout renseignements.

Ce serait inopportun à citer vu le rapport qualité prix, et la bienveillance.
