Magnifique hôtel ! La piscine est incroyable et les chambres sont très soignées.
L’hôtel est super bien placé pour visiter Kuta et ses alentours. Le personnel est adorable !

The staff is amazingly friendly and always went the extra mile to make sure we had an amazing time. The breakfast was tasty and with enough variety. The pool and room are equally nice and the location is nice as it’s close to the mainroad but far enough to be amazingly silent at night.

Wauw! De mooiste accommodatie waar we tijdens onze reis zijn verbleven.
ZWEMBAD
Vanuit je kamer lig je zo in het prachtige zwembad waar je baantjes in kunt trekken. Er zijn ook lekkere ligbedjes en ligzitzakken om in te relaxen en de bar is ook de gehele dag open voor een drankje of verse kokosnoot.
BADKAMER
Ook de buitenbadkamer was mooi en privé tegelijkertijd. The devil is in the details: de douchegel, shampoo, bodylotion die ze hier aanbieden zijn écht goddelijk (niet dat goedkope spul).
GYM & RESTAURANTS
Je hebt gratis toegang tot de Xeno gym (heel chil!) en korting op vele restaurants in het centrum van Kuta.
VERVOER
Ze bieden een shuttleservice aan naar het centrum, maar wij hebben via het hotel een scooter gehuurd voor dezelfde prijs als andere aanbieders.
PERSONEEL
Het personeel is lief en betrokken en via WhatsApp goed te bereiken bij eventuele vragen of verzoeken.

- les chambres spacieuses et bonne literie
- bel hôtel avec sa piscine centrale
- très belle salle de bain
- Des travaux bruyants dans le bâtiment voisin tous les jours à partir de 8h30
- Le service est également à revoir. L'hôtel ne dispose pas de cuisine : les petits-déjeuners sont livrés depuis le café voisin. Bien que le menu et l'heure soient choisis la veille, nous avons attendu près d'une heure chaque matin, et les plats arrivaient systématiquement froids.
- Enfin, très peu de flexibilité de la part du personnel. Comme le staff n'arrive qu'à partir de 8h, il est impossible de prendre un petit-déjeuner avant 9h, même en cas de départ matinal. Aucune solution ne nous a été proposée : nous avons dû nous-mêmes demander un yaourt à préparer la veille pour avoir quelque chose à manger avant de partir.
