Everything was great, lots of thought had gone into this property for letting.
Back garden in need of lots of work. Practically unusable.

The sea views were phenomenal. The owner has clearly put lots of thought into every detail of the house, she made it really personal and had lots of very clear concise instructions on how to use everything. She provided really lovely touches such as a book about their family and added amenities. It felt like she had thought of absolutely everything!
It was a little far out from the centre of Brighton so we had to use Ubers which were around £15 a time.

We had a fantastic stay at Wave Watcher and would highly recommend it.The property is beautiful, full of character, and it is clear that a lot of thought, care, and attention to detail has gone into creating such a welcoming space. It felt like a home rather than just a holiday rental. The house was spotless on arrival and extremely well equipped. Clear instructions were provided throughout the property, making it easy to find things and settle in quickly. The management team was also very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions.The location is excellent, just moments from the beach and a short distance from town. The parking was a huge bonus. Thank you for a wonderful stay. 10/10!
Only thing was maybe clearer instructions of how to turn on the boiler because there was some error messages and we didn’t have hot water on day 1, luckily the management company helped us solve that problem. Overall everything was okay
