Such a beautiful, modern, large, well equipped and comfortable property. So nice to have a riverfront location and use of the paddle board and kayak. The hot tub was an extra treat! Nice to sit and eat outside on the terrace. A great sunny spot. Nature reserve nearby the plot with a briddleway for dog walking.
My mum also has difficulty walking so having the mobility supported ground floor room and en-suite was an extra bonus. This is something I would promote more.
It wasn't a didn't like but would be nice to have a small onsite shop. There is a bar and food service however around the spa area and a local Coop about 5 mins drive away.

Beautiful house which is beautifully styled and decorated. Wonderful attention to detail. Very well equipped with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable too
Very spacious kitchen living area and amazing games room at top of the house. Lovely touches like the quooker tap, sage coffee machine and hot tub added that luxury feel.
We had a wonderful very special family celebration here and found plenty for all the family to do with the games room, swimming/spa centre, tennis courts, table tennis and basketball/football area. The paddle board and kayak provided meant we tried something new too.
We would highly recommend.
A bit difficult to find when we first arrived, Google not sure of postcodes given. Silverlake estate comes up and that was how we found the complex.
Construction work ongoing at pace but we were there for the weekend, only heard it as we left on Monday.
