It’s a good place to stay but don’t end up on the ground floor.

The room was large and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Our room was on the ground floor and right on the road. So we couldn’t sit outside despite having a balcony because there were no outside chairs and we were totally exposed. We also felt like we were “on show” if we opened our curtains.

Very clean. Comfortable beds. Large room. Fully stocked kitchen. Nice pool upstairs. Huge shower.

Decent very spacious room with great wifi in quiet residential area but still very close to beach

Spacious suite with excellent daylight from tall windows. Located in a quiet safe area with excellent wifi, and with a decent sized table it was perfect for nomad working. I typically started the day with breakfast than a swim in the small but nice rooftop pool (only person there which was great; it's really best suited to 1-2 people) before working then a stroll to the beach and onwards for food (the beach is close - though the main strip for restaurants is a further walk). I loved the resident 3 cats (so nice to see they are neutered). The bed was firm which I liked. As a solo woman it was a bit of a walk at night from the restaurants which I wasn't entirely comfortable with so it meant I ate early to get back before dark - a trade off for the quiet I guess. Sadly some of the infrastructure was in poor shape - the plumbing especially. The toilet was a constant issue (had to fill a kitchen pot multiple times to add water to the cistern) and water pressure in the kitchen sink was also dismal. I had to unplug the fridge at night, as it was so noisy (about to die I think). The room size was fabulous and I appreciated the TV. The front desk staff, Mario and Felix were super nice. The beach was pretty nearby. I was glad to have decided to stay here and port side vs staying over in the colonial town side (which imo would be fine perhaps for a long seasonal stay). The sargassum on the beach meant that after a few days I decided to catch the Maya Tran down to Bacalar lagoon (utterly worth the trip and the highlight of my time in this area)

Sadly some of the infrastructure was in poor shape - the plumbing especially. The toilet was a constant issue (I had to fill a kitchen pot multiple times to add water to the cistern in order for it to flush, at all) and water pressure in the kitchen sink was also dismal. I was up 2 floors. I had to unplug the fridge at night, as it was so noisy (about to die I think). A small table and chair on the balcony would have been really helpful.

Nach einem langen Flug haben wir zwei günstige Apartments hier gebucht. Die Lage war gut und die Betten bequem. In der Gegend des Hotels haben wir uns sicher gefühlt. Insbesondere der Pool auf dem Dach hat und sehr gut gefallen. Alles prima.

Ein paar Dinge könnten erneuert werden. Zum Beispiel war der Wasserhahn im Bad locker. Der Balkon ist sehr klein und es gab keine Sitzmöglichkeit dort.
