The room was comfortable and quiet. We are older so that is important. I only wish that I had asked for a ground floor room.
I was under the impression that this property was much closer to the beach. And, when I asked for the best way to access the beach for a walker I never received a helpful reply. We are walkers and were very disappointed in this.
Just to let you know:
- bathroom toilet did not always properly flush
- to lock the front door it is necessary to put some pulling pressure… you can’t just push the keypad.
- There was not a suitable place to shower off after coming in from the beach. Were we supposed to use a water hose?
- bottom drawer of oven was off the tracks.
- I do not like that all communications are with AI

Cute and easy to locate and get around and the beautiful pool!
One bathroom had hair on the wall from previous smeared on the shower wall. Toilets had to be help down. Constant beeping that keeps you up through the night from security camera probably not working. No staff, just canned messages from corporation. Not enough kitchen or cleaning supplies. Bring your own laundry detergent because none is provided. Bad patched spots that paint doesn’t match. Was never able to login to our streaming accounts on the tv. Place was decorated cute. Bring your own blanket- only one extra was provided and wasn’t sure clean. Lots of towels provided though.
