The rooms were very large and the location of the house was very good, since you have JR and Subway nearby you can get everywhere around Osaka in about 15 to 40 minutes.
The beds are quite uncomfortable but the rest of the house made up for it.

La casa es muy amplia, muy bien distribuida y completamente equipada, completamente limpia y bellisima. Barrio tranquilo y excelente ubicación. Perfecta para llegar a descansar después de los agitados dias que ofrece Osaka.

息子の卒業旅行で利用させていただきました。
２家族で利用させていただきました。
みんなで食事がとれるスペース、寝る部屋も多くすごく清潔でした。そして、立地がよく、大阪駅、海遊館、ユニバーサルスタジオなど移動が30分以内なのは、すごくよかったです！
1階が少し寒く、もう一枚かけるものが欲しかったです。

What we liked (The Exceptional):
* Property Quality & Security: This is a high-class, well-built, pre-cast concrete 4-story home. The finishes are quality throughout, and the property feels incredibly secure.
* The Best Shower in the World: The shower room was spotless and genuinely the best we have used anywhere during our extensive global travels over the last 12 months (including Europe, the UK, Asia, and New Zealand).
* Flawless Laundry: The combination washer/dryer was a revelation. It actually worked perfectly, producing clean, completely dry clothes in under 3 hours—an absolute first for us in a holiday rental.
* Traditional Japanese Room: The property features a beautiful separate Japanese-style living room with authentic tatami (woven rush mat) flooring, complete with zaisu (traditional legless chairs) and zabuton (floor cushions).
* The Essentials: Air conditioning in every single room, excellent location within easy walking distance to transport and convenience stores, and reliable Wi-Fi.
* General Cleanliness: With one specific exception mentioned below, the house as a whole was exceptionally clean and well-maintained.
➖ What disappointed us (The Letdowns):
* Uncomfortable Beds: A good bed is the most critical part of any stay, and this property failed here. Despite having 5 beds available, all of them were incredibly uncomfortable. None of the 3 of us got a good night's sleep during our stay.
* Useless Cooking Facilities: The kitchen area looks great with a nice lounge and dining setup, but it falls apart in practice. We could not get the grill to work, and while 2 of the 3 cooktop elements are induction, there were no induction-compatible pans provided, rendering the stove largely unusable for basic cooking.
* Unsanitary Toilet on Arrival: While the rest of the house was spotless, one of the toilets smelled strongly of urine upon arrival. We had to clean it ourselves before we could use it. This property has the structural bones and high-end amenities to be a 10/10 luxury stay, but the host needs to invest in quality mattresses, supply the correct cookware for the induction stove, and ensure the cleaners do not skip the toilets.
