Wonderful ashram in paradise. If you want to recharge surrounded by nature and lovely people this is the right place. I loved the 3 hours practice every morning and the food was amazing! Right in front of the beach to watch the sunset and sunrise from the samùe spot! Didn't even know it was possible. I'll be back Shanto Lanka :)

We really enjoyed our stay in Shanti Lanka! The community was warm and welcoming. Morning meditation and yoga were amazing and community meals felt like home. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Un hermosísimo lugar, para ir a relajarse y desconectarse de este mundo tan caótico en el que vivimos.
El personal es hermoso, todos son amables y cálidos, tanto que te sientes como en una vacación familiar. Las comidas son increíbles, nutritivas y saludables y tienes la oportunidad de intimar orgánicamente con los demás huéspedes, que por la naturaleza del lugar, todos son personas increíbles y profundas.
A las 7am hay meditación y yoga en un edificio increíble, con vista al mar y atmósfera hermosa. La meditación meciéndose con el sonido de las olas del mar es algo de otro mundo.
Genuinamente una hermosa sorpresa, un lugar genial, limpio, agradable, cómodo y lleno de gente increíble. ¿Qué más se puede pedir?
El pueblo y la playa general se encuentra alejada del hotel, aproximadamente a unos 40 minutos caminando y a unos 15 en camión. Los camiones pasan cada hora hasta las 5pm, lo cual es importante saber para calcular bien tus energías y planes del día.
Mi recomendación sería comprar diferentes snacks y provisiones para no tener la necesidad de ir al pueblo y quedarse a disfrutar de este increíble lugar, en cual no necesitas nada más para relajarte y disfrutar de la hermosa playa que tiene.
Pero si sales de fiesta en la noche, solo es importante que calcules que el regreso es a pie y son 40 minutos caminando. Pero el camino es muy seguro, aunque sean altas horas de la noche y está iluminado por una preciosa luna, entonces es un ganar-ganar en ese aspecto.
